Back by popular demand! Another 4-session Ready-or-Not Workshop starts in April!

You may assume you’ll age in your own home a good long time, but have you planned how you’ll actually pull that off? Although writing a will and advance directive is vital, that doesn’t address our quality of life through all our next “chapters”. QA@H developed this workshop – now nationally recognized – to help you be proactive on your own behalf.

Over the course of 4 sessions, interactive exercises and facilitated group discussions will help you figure out what is most important to realizing your wishes, what options and resources are available to you, and how to hold essential conversations with important people in your life.

Space in this Workshop is limited to 10 participants, single households as well as multiples.  (Multiple households are strongly encouraged to participate as a team.)
